🏡 WAITING FOR RATES TO DROP?
So is everyone else.
But here’s something I’m watching in Orange County right now:
Housing inventory has now dropped 5 weeks in a row, and 443 homes sold just last week.
The market isn’t standing still while buyers wait.
Does that mean you should rush out and buy a house? No.
But it DOES mean it may be worth looking at what’s available now instead of trying to perfectly time the market.
The better question isn’t:
“When will rates drop?”
It’s:
“Does buying make sense for ME right now?”
Price, monthly payment, seller concessions, negotiating opportunities and your long-term plans all matter.
