Scott Loper (Team Leader/NJ Listing Specialist) - Scott’s primary role is to understand each client’s unique goals and needs and then direct the team’s activities within that framework. Scott is a graduate of Drexel University and has been a licensed Realtor since 1998. He earned his Pennsylvania Associate Broker's License in 2007 and his New Jersey real estate license in 2021. Over the years, Scott has consistently been one of the area’s top producing agents with multiple accolades and widely well-respected throughout the real estate community. Scott has served on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Association of Realtors, the PA Association of Realtors, and the Suburban Realtors Alliance. He also served on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Montgomeryville. Lisa Loper (Marketing/ NJ Buyer Specialist) – Lisa manages the team’s administrative and marketing systems. She is a graduate of Villanova University and obtained her real estate license in 2003 and then her NJ real estate license in 2021. Lisa served on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams – Montgomeryville. Scott and Lisa are experienced real estate investors having owned several rental properties in the North Penn area and currently a short-term rental property in Cape May, NJ. They also participate in several real estate syndications. Carolyn Powers (Marketing/ PA Buyer Specialist) – Carolyn graduated from Temple University with a degree in elementary education and later earned her Master’s Degree in elementary education. She taught in the Central Bucks and North Penn school districts for 34 years. Carolyn became a Realtor in 2020. Jeff Powers (Operations/ PA Listing Specialist) – Jeff attended Penn State and Temple University. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration and had a very successful 30 year career in pharmaceutical and health care data analytics. Jeff became a Realtor in 2022 and teamed up with his wife, Carolyn. They have been recognized as Rising Stars and Marketing Gurus within Keller Williams. They also own a short term rental property in the Poconos. The Lopers and the Powers decided to join forces in 2024.
