Specializing in The Villages and surrounding areas, Brad is eager to assist you in the selling or buying of your home or investment property! Born and raised in Northwest Pennsylvania, Brad earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University. Keeping close to family, he then relocated to The Villages and began an entrepreneurship journey over the last 15 years. He met his wife, Amber, while owning a Quiznos Sub franchise in The Villages, which he later sold in 2008. Brad then turned his attention to the industry he grew up in, and purchased the Village Car Wash. They owned and operated the multi million dollar business for the next 12 years before being blessed with the opportunity to sell the business in February, 2020. Over the past few years, they have been purchasing and developing residential and commercial real estate in Amber’s hometown of Wildwood, FL. The couple feels a personal responsibility to better the local neighborhood, which included the development of a Medical office building on CR 466A. The Werlin’s and their two children are active members of their local church, in which Brad serves on the board of Elders and handles all business activities for the church. Brad is eager to serve the community by sharing his vast array of experiences in real estate and business with you.
