DID YOU KNOW: Fall is the 2nd busiest season for selling/buying a home.
If you’re selling your home, you can use the autumn ambiance to your advantage. Here’s how ⬇️
The fall atmosphere can enhance your home’s curb appeal. When it comes to maintaining your home's exterior, it’s ALWAYS important to make sure it looks it’s best when on the market, but it’s especially important as the seasons change. In addition to making sure the leaves are raked and the gutters are cleaned, you can spruce up your home with fall foliage to make it feel warm and welcoming to potential buyers. I know in Florida we don’t have a true “fall”, but there are a few trees around us that change into beautiful colors and/or lose leaves🍂
When staging the indoors, add some décor in autumn accent colors (like orange or red) and seasonal candles to harvest the coziness. You can drape some blankets across the chairs / couches or add a few pillows, however, don’t make it overly themed or cluttered. Keep it simple but cozy!
