Real Estate agent called and stated that a home she had listed was about to close and the inspection report had an issue with the wall behind toilet in the primary bathroom. Drywall had got wet and was soft due to the toilet supply cold water line had broken and caused damage. Needed to remove drywall section, replace some insulation, drywall, tape, texture, ready for painting. The realtors major concern was the tile baseboard not being able to be saved and reinstalled, I said have no worries, I'll make it happen and when done, never know I touched anything and it will be ready for paint. She asked on customers behalf, while you are at it can you install a.new toilet, not a problem.
