One of the questions I get asked all the time from sellers is, β€œWhat color should I paint my house before listing it?”

One of my go-to recommendations is Sherwin-Williams β€œFirst Star.” It is a clean, neutral color that works beautifully with both warm and cool tones and helps homes feel fresh and inviting to buyers.

Another tip… hire a professional painter if possible. Buyers notice the details more than people realize, and a professionally painted home simply shows better.
