🩷🏡 SOLD! Sometimes, all it takes is answering the phone! 📲🔑
This closing has a little story behind it, and it’s one I just had to share! 🩷
At the beginning of this year, I received a phone call from a gentleman who had found me through SOCIAL MEDIA! He owned a second home here in our beautiful area but lived out of town. He had several questions about our local real estate market and wanted to explore his options.
I’ll never forget the first words out of his mouth…
“WOW! A real estate agent who actually answers her phone! I wasn’t expecting that!” 😂📱
We both got a good laugh out of that!
We continued our conversation, talked about the market, and at the end of the call, he told me, “When we’re ready to sell, I’ll be calling you back.”
Now, as Realtors, we hear that quite often! And while you always hope that phone call comes, you never really know.
Well, guess what?! HE CALLED BACK! 🙌🩷
And today, we officially CLOSED on their home! 🏡🎉
This is such a great reminder that real estate isn’t always about making the sale right then and there. Sometimes it’s about answering the phone, taking the time to listen, building relationships, and earning someone’s trust long before a sign ever goes in the yard.
I had the pleasure of representing the SELLERS, while my sister, Keisha Lyon, represented the BUYERS! 🩷 What a blessing to work together and help both parties make it to the closing table!
