I am beyond excited for my buyers as we take the next step toward the closing table! 🎉

These amazing clients were referred to me by a friend and neighbor (which is truly the highest compliment ❤️), and we’ve spent time touring several properties together. But no matter how many homes we looked at, we kept finding ourselves coming back to this one.

Sometimes the journey to the closing table takes a little longer than we originally expect… but this one reminded me that some blessings are worth waiting for. 🩷🏡✨

There were many conversations, moments of uncertainty, highs, lows, patience, prayers, and reminders to simply trust the process. Some days felt uplifting… some days felt heavy… but through it all, we kept moving forward. 💕

When the right offer came along, we knew we needed to make it happen so she could step into her next chapter in life. And today… we made it to the closing table. 🥹🔑

Tears of joy were shared, hugs were given, and hearts were full of gratitude. Because sometimes things do not happen in OUR timing… they happen in God’s timing. 🙏✨

I’m so thankful for the dear friends who referred her to me. Your trust and support mean more than you know. And to my sweet client… thank you for allowing me to walk beside you during this chapter. It was truly a blessing to help you get to your next goal in life. 💗
