Welcome home!
This year has been one full of hard work and improvements as we remodeled the Coble Village community after taking over ownership. We have worked tirelessly to clean up and restore Coble Village and will continue to do so in order to give the individuals and families that live here a great community to call home.
As our initial infrastructure repairs come to a close and the next phase of revitalization begins, we want to welcome future residents to our community. We have a variety of manufactured homes available, including brand new 2021 award-winning homes made by Adventure Homes. They are available to buy or rent now; make sure you check them out before they are gone! If you already have a home that’s great, we have plenty of open pads waiting for your arrival.
At Coble Village, we pride ourselves on the wellbeing of our community and pledge to continue our efforts to improve and maintain this community our residences “love to call home.” We hope that you are as excited as we are about the future of Coble Village.
