And as quickly as it went under contract, it is now sold - timed seemed to fly on this one selling!! I was very lucky to be involved in the process of selling this home to a new buyer - as I was actually the previous seller that sold it to the sellers! This little neighborhood in Hampton was a gem! So many great memories. But I am thrilled that this house will be loved again but by a new buyer. Congratulations to my sellers on selling their very first home & starting a new chapter!

You guys! This one is the cutest story. Last year I sold this couple's townhome in White Hall. They were moving to Italy - lucky kids!!! But then I got a message from them recently that the military was transferring them back to the United States. And guess what - they got stationed back here! So they were open to looking in other areas but they loved their old neighborhood. So as luck would have it there were 2 great options in White Hall - and they were able to snag this freaking adorable home with an amazing balcony! It also has the cutest little doggy nook! While in Italy they started a family - and I can not wait to see pictures of the baby hanging out in the doggy nook too (when she gets older)!! Congratulations again you guys!

These cool kids did a thing! They have officially sold their first home and are moving somewhere new!!! I know you all are excited to be away from the HOA life. Fun fact - they lived in my old neighborhood. So happy for your family to be on to the next chapter in your life. Congratulations!!!

These amazing clients of mine have signed their papers to sell their first home! There have been some bumps and hiccups but they have trusted me to help them through this process (even through the last day). We were even able to negotiate amazing terms (at the very end of the negotiation period). While I wish every transaction went smoothly, for multiple reasons they do not always - it sometimes works out better for the client if it doesn't go as planned. I am so grateful for clients trusting me to help guide them & get better terms. Soon they can relax & wait for their home to be built. I can not wait to see pictures!

So let’s play a game!! Today I got the chance to take a ferry, put some miles on my car and save a turtle crossing the road. But today I did something I don’t do much - cross railroad tracks.
