New construction doesn't mean perfect construction.

Before drywall goes up, we often recommend a pre-drywall inspection. For these buyers, we connected them with Pillar to Post to take a closer look while everything was still visible.

Most of the findings were relatively minor—but that's exactly why these inspections matter. Issues are easier to identify and address before they're hidden behind finished walls.

That's why we recommend independent inspections, even on brand-new homes.
