You all know Liz Moore Cupcake Wars has a BIG REPUTATION. This year, it’s going to be the best of all the ERAS. Try to arrive closer to the beginning (11am) as there is typically not a BLANK SPACE in the room.

July was quite the whirlwind of a month! I am beyond thankful to my amazing clients for trusting me to help them with arguably their greatest and most personal financial investment!

My absolute FAVORITE part of real estate is discussing with people their goals/objectives, and having a small part in helping to make it happen!

This past month, I helped one family for the third time…they were ready for a new town so we sold their home and they moved to Raleigh, NC.

Another family (on their 2nd and 3rd transaction with me) had outgrown their current home, and we found them one they can grow into, in a fabulous neighborhood that is a stones throw from all things Williamsburg.

I also helped two different families move into the same neighborhood as their parents/grandparents! This is one of my very favorite things - as we lived in the same neighborhood as my parents for 12 years, and I wouldn’t change that experience for the world! 🥰

Thank you to all my family, friends, and clients who continue to trust me and refer me to your friends/family/co-workers! I am so appreciative!!! ☮️ ❤️ 🏡
