My biggest takeaway, yes, measure your appliances properly before ordering installation, but that wasn't it. My biggest takeaway was the realization that once you make an improvement to a home with the once coveted "Open Floorplan", you really, really have to tackle the ENTIRE room.

All at once the sparkling new kitchen looked off-put by the 12 year old paint job in the rest of the room. Raising two boys, you can imagine the wear and tear - all at once over-apparent.

So there I was... the paint simply could not wait!

I really cannot thank Renovations Plus, LLC enough. Barry, Kenny and the team were all professional, timely, and truly innovative in their craft. Sure, we had a few stumbling blocks but, overall, I was thankful we did the renovation when we did and they superbly handled any obstacle, request or objective. They didn't even poke fun of the painting job I decided to tackle myself. 😄

Who among us is the type of person who makes decisions easily? And who is the type who anguishes forever, terrified that you have to live with the decision? Or, who is just that picky b**** that just doesn't like anything?

Personally, I can be all three. After a year of living with it, I'm still in awe of how easy it was for me to choose!
