🇺🇸 America Turns 250… and we’re throwing one heck of a party! 🇺🇸

Friends, we couldn’t be more excited to announce our plans for America’s 250th Birthday celebration! 🎆🎇

We’ll kick off the holiday weekend on Thursday, July 2nd with the Great American Dance Party on the historic Palace Green in Colonial Williamsburg. Expect swingin’ tunes, packed dance floor, and plenty of patriotic spirit as we celebrate in one of America’s most iconic settings. Even better, our friends, Truetone Honeys will get the party started! 🎙️🎶

Then, on July 4th, we’ll head to Yorktown—the very place where American independence was secured—to help celebrate our nation’s birthday! 🇺🇸 We’ll be performing on the Riverwalk Landing Stage leading right up to Yorktown’s spectacular fireworks display at 9:15 PM. Come early and enjoy a full day of family activities, festivities, food, and fun along the waterfront.

There are a lot of ways to celebrate America’s 250th, but there’s only one place where you can celebrate it where history was actually made.

Grab your friends, bring your dancing shoes, and join us in Colonial Williamsburg and Yorktown as we celebrate 250 years of freedom, music, and American spirit!

Both events are FREE and open to the public. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🇺🇸🎶✨

Williamsburg Market Update!

Median home prices are climbing year-over-year — up from $457,500 to $485,000.

Days on market ticked up from 16 to 26 days, and active listings rose from 365 to 476, giving buyers more choices than last year.

Solid numbers for sellers and more inventory for buyers — the market is moving!
