Hello everyone!

I know some of you have been asking if I am still a real estate agent? And where have I been? So, I just wanted to address some of your concerns. Yes, I am still a real estate agent, but I am very high risk pregnant at the moment and need to take care of myself and my baby. Though Im use to being in control and on the go, I heard God tell me to sit my tail down somewhere smh. I didn't listen at first and kept working, but it only made my pregnancy harder. I dont know why its so hard for me to rest. But in this season I have to be still. Im due in November, so I will be on rest until then.

Im giving myself 6 months to be with Baby Jude 💙 and to make sure I recover properly (and I dont put my babies in daycare because people are crazy!) So, I will be back early Spring of next year. But, I am still able to counsel you on how to prepare for Homeownership and how to raise your credit to buy a house. So if springtime is the timeline you are aiming for to buy a home, I can help with that.

🎉Congratulations🎊 to my wonderful Clients Jasmine and Rayshawn for snagging this rental home. There previous lease is up on the 21st and they wanted to at least secure a spot by the 15th. Mission complete! And all under 30 days. I even set them up on a 1 year plan to prepare for purchasing a home. So Im super excited to stay on this journey with them.

If you are not ready to buy yet, thats ok. Renting is just fine until you get a game plan to purchase a home in the future.
