After just 5 days of showings, two extremely well-attended Open Houses, and even a herd of goats visiting the yard! 🐐

The goats were hired by a neighbor to environmentally manage the owners’ yard—and they definitely added some entertainment for our Open House guests!

September has been extremely busy, and I’m grateful for every client, showing, offer, and closing that has kept things moving.

Onward to a very quick closing on this one! 🏡
