Congrats to Nick & Jenna for closing on their beautiful dream home!!

Hard work pays off!!!

Nick & Jenna came to me just a little over a month ago with their dream home checklist, location, beds, baths, yard size and bonus if there was a pool. A few days later, this beauty was listed that checked ALL their boxes including a POOL! It was in their desired area, school district and close to work.

When we met up, I had set up a home search for them in my MLS so that the houses with their criteria in their location preferences and within their budget would send to them as soon as they were listed (BEFORE Zillow and other real estate sites). It sent to them immediately. We set up a showing for the following morning and were the first showing.

This wasn’t an easy “we got the house” story just because we were the first showing. There ended up being another offer on the home. So we met up again and talked offer strategy.
