Step one for this amazing property and project! Lots of dead and overgrown trees and brush cut and burned over the past few days.

Lots more work to do but we are off to a great start restoring both the interior and exterior of this historic property.

Tons of people to thank on this one but for this phase a huge thank you to Kyle Merryman, Steve Dincher and Justin Mccoy ( Mr. Jimmy ). It's awesome and rewarding to be able to work with long time friends on these projects!

Our newest project in South Williamsport!

We feel very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to purchase and renovate this house. My father lived in this home and was actually built by the Klotz family, a long time ago!

This will be a great project and will shortly be available to rent.
