Customer Service and Satisfaction are a must for my standard, but I couldn’t do it alone. I have a full-time administrative assistant and marketing director to oversee and assist in every deal. Most real estate agents are independent agents, performing the many duties required to complete a transaction and essentially work for themselves. I have adopted a group effort concept and my team now consists of carefully selected key players in my business. My group is composed ONLY of licensed Realtors in order to better serve you. I spend most of my time doing the major activities, such as meeting with sellers to list their home, showing homes to prospective buyers, negotiating deals and signing contracts, prospecting, and problem solving. My team is there to assist me with some other tasks, as I am also there for them for any assistance they may need. Together we all work collectively to run a strong operation of business.
