Fall maintenance Tip #4 is inspect your roof or have someone inspect your roof. The roof is your first line of defense against the weather. If your not comfortable getting on your roof hire a roofer or an inspector to inspect it for you. It is always cheaper to address any problems with the roof, or any flashings associated with the roof, before it becomes a leak.

This is why home inspectors write up pointed screws in an electrical panel cover. This is a small easy to fix item but if not taken care of it can lead to an electrical fire.
