Her journey commenced as a Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of 150 properties across the vibrant city of Buffalo and its environs. In addition to her property management tenure, she holds accreditation in credit counseling, a facet of her career that has enabled her to guide and support over 100 first-time homebuyers since 2018. La'Dia's commitment to empowering individuals on their homeownership journey remains steadfast. Presently, she serves as the Regional Director of Asset and Property Management for NeighborWorks Community Partners, a distinguished nonprofit organization dedicated to facilitating affordable housing solutions for low-income families and seniors.
