Closing day alert ‼️🚨🎊 This was an interesting transaction because I’ve actually never met the client in person 😱. My client is from out of state and his loan officer found my info online and contacted me so that i can assist. We did everything through the phone and via email! I was definitely skeptical because i was also working with a mortgage company who i never worked with or heard of before and almost let him go, but i took a leap of faith and here we are 😁 Another successful closing ! 🙌 🏡 🔑
