Looks like we might be turning a corner with the housing shortage. The inventory of homes for sale at the end of June was a 2.6-month supply, which was up from May's 2.5-month supply. In a healthy market there's about a 6 month supply of inventory.

After four straight months of declines, sales of previously owned homes rose 1.4% in June month to month.
