Bathroom update #3. I decided to go with Veranda vinyl planking for the walls, and I would definitely recommend them! It is very appropriate for use in both the bathroom and kitchen, as it hides flaws, looks great, and requires only basic tools for installation.

Bathroom update #2. Another person who was instrumental in helping me makeover my bathroom, was Mike Horton. Thanks to his help and expertise, we were able to install a new toilet, sink and vanity. He is knowledgable, dependable, and truly cares that the job is done correctly.

House Update! The bathroom needed a lot of updates, and thankfully the end result is perfect! Special thanks to CKO plumbing, who did a wonderful job and also took the time to explain to me how to finish the plumbing after the beadboard was installed. They were prompt, friendly, and thorough.

Next up for my renovation: The bathroom! All of the flooring and shower tiles have been ripped up and are ready to be replaced. Currently debating between using tile for the bathroom or waterproof laminate! Comment below which you think I should go for, and any other suggestions! Thank you in advance for the help.

Renovation Progress:
The roof and gutters have been completely replaced! I went through Lowe's Home Improvement, who referred me to Eastern Remodeling and Mike's Seamless Gutters. Both companies had great prices, were efficient, and left no messes behind! Would definitely recommend them for your roofing or gutter needs!

During my current renovation process, I've run into a dilemma; paint the walls first or install the new flooring first? I know a lot of people are strongly in favor of one or the other, so I'm curious which do you guys recommend doing first?

For new friends or those who weren't able to come to the pre-renovation open house that I held recently, here are some before pictures of the 3 bedroom ranch I recently acquired. As for progress, the roof has been redone and I have been busy ripping out all of the flooring and planning what comes next! Thank you, friends, family, and neighbors, for popping by to the new place in its current state of disarray! As you saw I have a lot of work to do. Your suggestions were fabulous, and your gifts were so sweet. I’ve already called one of the suggested contractors, and can't wait to make progress on the renovations! Once again, thank you to all who showed up to my pre-renovation open house, and for those who couldn't attend make sure to stay posted for the before photos and of course the exciting afters!
