💥 Another amazing success story! A friend of mine reached out to let me know he was ready to sell the home he grew up in as his Dad had passed away ☹️ In addition to being an emotional time, the house needed a lot of work. After evaluating the property, we agreed on what items needed to be done and which items not to bother with as they would be little rate of return- if any. When the repairs were completed, we then had to evaluate what the current real estate market was doing - Real Time. Once we did we knocked it out of the park with crazy busy open houses and back to back private showings with potential Buyers. When offer day came we were able to accept the right one that happened to be strong financing, no inspection and $33,600 over our list price! Congratulations to all involved! 🎉WOW! This is another EXCEPTIONAL STORY! My fabulous client had decided it was time to move on from a home she built with her husband to raise their family in 20+ years ago.. Although bittersweet it was time to move on.
