We regret to inform everyone that one of our owners has passed this week. Joe was beloved by many, and he will be dearly missed. Our deepest sympathy and condolences to his wife, Maura.

Joseph T. DiPasquale passed away July 31, 2024 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital after a lengthy illness. Most of our Erie County staff are working remotely today, but the Erie County Clerks Office is closed for the day. Stay safe and warm 🙂

The Williamsville location of Equity Title has an immediate opening for an Office Assistant. Typical duties include: typing, scanning, mailing, organizing, filing, data entry, or other activities to ensure the office runs smoothly. Required skills include attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Prior real estate experience a plus, but not required. Although we do operate during normal business hours (8:30am-5pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch), we offer a flexible schedule, and the ability to work from home when needed to ensure the health and safety of our employees. Optional overtime available. Benefits include paid vacation time; paid sick time; multiple medical insurance plans, dental plans, and vision plans to fit your needs; as well as a 401K program. Conveniently located near Main Street in Williamsville, and within walking distance of Glen Falls Park.
