Lets break this down:
🔹Today’s average FHA rate is 6.52%
🔹On a $250,000 priced home, a 1.25% rate would save a homebuyer $725 a month, totaling $8,700 in the first year.
🔹Added with year 2 and year 3, savings total $21,900 over just the first three years.
🔹With a final fixed rate of 4.25% from year 4-30, savings would continue at $343 per month for a total savings of $132,500 over the life of the loan.
