A few words from my heart. I know it has been a while since I have posted on my page but wanted you to know I am still alive and kicking. LOL. Alot has happened in my life and yes, I am still a Realtor. I went through a divorce a few years ago and to be honest, it really hit me hard. I didn't see it coming and for the longest time, I couldn't understand why it happened. I won't go into details but it completely upended my life. It took me a while to get my head right. In the same time period was Covid, interest rates sky rocketed and the real estate market just kind of fizzled. Needless to say, it was a real struggle. So, here I am again getting my life moving forward. Perfect timing as things may be starting to turn around in the real estate market. It may take a couple of more months to see the rates start to really come down again but it is coming and things are already starting to look positive. It is the start of summer and people are going to start preparing for their summer time moves. I really appreciate the trust you have put in me in the past and hope you still can count on me to be there for you if and when you need to make a change.You know me and you know I will work hard for you. I would appreciate your continued business and hope that you would refer me to any friends or family that need someone in their corner. I have heard alot about this. It is a sellers market though for sure. But it doesn't appear that any big crash is on the horizon. Adjustments maybe.
