Barbara Baur, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Laffey International

Barbara Baur, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Laffey International Barbara Baur-Rizzo your local neighborhood real estate advise I reside in Williston Park, New York but grew up in Bayside New York.

I am a licensed real estate salesperson, ABR (accredited buyers representative), MRP (military relocation professional), PSA (pricing strategy advisor) and e-PRO (internet professional), and a Notary Public. I have over 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing business. I am passionately involved in my children's interests, education, and the community. I serve on the Herricks District PTA as chairperson of PECA (parent education community awareness) Vice President of fundraising for the Herricks High School PTSA, as well as Secretary of the Chamber of the Willistons. Being an integral part of my community enables me to stay on top of the concerns families today have when they are buying or selling a home. As a mother of two teenagers, being aware of all that their school district has to offer and knowing first hand what is going on locally, business, and otherwise is extremely important to me as a parent and a business person. When I am helping someone well or buy their home knowing the community and the dynamics of its demographics is so very important. I will put the whole package together for you and bring you an experience of home buying and selling as you have never experienced before.
