She earned a BS in Accounting and Management and an MBA in Computer Applications and Information Systems from New York University. She was also recognized for Silver Level Achievement (2012 and 2013) and Bronze Level Achievement (2014). Tom has over 25 years of business experience, including 20 years of successful sales experience. He earned his BS from Manhattan College and his MBA in Marketing from Long Island University. Tom is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is trained to satisfy the unique needs of persons age 50 and over, and their families. Tom is a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and can assist sellers in distress with properties "under water". He also uses his knowledge to guide buyers through the purchasing process of a short sale. As Certified Home Marketing Specialists (CHMS), Jane and Tom expertly counsel homeowners in the marketing of their property in order to get the best price in the least amount of time. They are also Certified Buyer Representatives (CBR) and use their skills to represent home buyers in the purchase process. Both Jane and Tom give back to the community through their active participation in the New Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce. Jane and Tom enjoy "friendly competition" on the golf course.
