The CBR designation gives Tom the skill set to represent buyers in the home purchase process. He wonders, "Why would any buyer bring the "bag of money" to the table without representation?". The SFR designation gives Tom the skill set to help sellers with a property "under water" navigate the process of getting to a successful closing of their property before it goes into foreclosure. The SRES designation makes him a specialist for those Tom's age, 50+. Tom served on the Board of Directors of two local Chambers of Commerce. Tom is an accomplished pilot and FAA Certified Flight Instructor. Tom uses his education, expertise and prior experience in all these areas to facilitate the buying and selling process for his customers and clients with the least amount of turbulence. Tom's business partner and wife, Jane Schrafel, is a graduate of New York University and their MBA program. She is also a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). When not providing professional service to their clients and customers, Tom and Jane can be found on the golf course playing a "friendly" match or strolling the boardwalk at Jones Beach.
