NOW HIRING — 2 PLUMBING LABOR HANDS

We’re hiring two dependable, hardworking labor hands to join our plumbing crew. Potential to advance into a plumbing apprenticeship for the right candidates.

Work includes:

* Assisting master plumbers with underground plumbing installation.
* Moving and organizing pipe, tools, and materials.
* Helping with site preparation and cleanup.
* Learning the trade alongside experienced plumbers.

Requirements:

* Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
* Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work safely.
* Ability to handle physical work outdoors.
* Completion of required jobsite orientation and drug screening.

OSHA 10 is a plus. If you don’t have it, we’ll pay for you to get it.

No plumbing experience required. Construction experience is a plus.

Expected schedule: Six days per week, 10-hour days.
Pay: Based on experience.

In regard to Black Diamond Estates, now being called The Crossroads, I hope this clears up any confusion.

Yes, I was the original developer of Black Diamond Estates at Williston Square. Last year, I ran into some financial constraints that prevented me from continuing to move the project forward the way I had planned.

At that point, I approached Three Forks Services about partnering with me on the development. After a lot of conversations and working through the options, I ultimately made the decision to sell the project to them.

Three Forks Services is now moving the development forward under the name The Crossroads, so any questions regarding available lots, homes for sale, pricing, or the future of that development should be directed to them.

As for me, I’m definitely not done developing. I have several other projects and developments in the planning stages, and I’ll share more information on those as things come together.

And if you have property that needs to be developed, whether it’s residential, commercial, or something a little outside the box, feel free to give me a call. That part of the business is very much alive and moving forward.
