Applications for the 2026 Primary Residence Credit will be closing on April 1! If you have not applied, you should!

Homeowners can apply for up to $1,600 off their 2026 property tax bill for their primary residence.

To be eligible for the credit, you must:
🔑 Own a home home (house, mobile home, town home, duplex, or condo) in North Dakota.
🏡 Reside in it as your primary residence.
📃Homes held in trusts also qualify.
#️⃣There are no age restrictions for this credit.
💲 There are no income limitations for this credit.

Applications are now open for the $1,600 ND PRIMARY RESIDENCE PROPERTY TAX CREDIT‼
All homeowners can apply for this credit, regardless of age or income.

🏡 Your home is considered your house, mobile home, town home, duplex, or condo, as long as you reside there as your primary residence.

If your application is accepted, you may receive UP TO $1,600 in credit on your 2026 property tax obligation.

You can apply through March 31st, but WHY WAIT? Do it now while it is fresh in your memory! Don't leave this money on the table! 🏠💲

You do need your Parcel ID #, which can be easily found on your 2025 Tax Statement that should have arrived to you a couple of weeks ago (you know the one that comes each year - it's PINK!). If you can't find it, give us a call and we can help.

If you applied last year, you can re-apply and it is even easier!
