With that being said, I’m in the process of taking my time to find a brokerage that closely aligns with those standards.

I firmly believe every wrong turn and burnt toast moment has redirected me exactly where I’m meant to be. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m grateful for the journey as it’s given me immeasurable growth, perspective, and a deep understanding that authenticity will always matter more than perception when it comes to true success.

I’m excited to walk into the next chapter with more clarity, confidence, and direction than ever.

1 Bag/Container cheese tortellini
I contain sweet Italian sausage (optional)
1 block cream cheese (I did 3/4 block)
Hearts desire of spinach
1 can of diced tomato
Hearts desire of garlic, onion, and Italian seasoning
Hearts desire of mozzarella cheese

Family fed in under 20 minutes on stovetop, can also be a crockpot recipe by doing everything I just did, just add tortellini at the last 5 min!

My First Closing!! Here’s the scoop.

This was a land listing. 48.24 acres in Starksboro, when most land listings in these rural areas sit for hundreds of days, I got my client under contract within 60 days; and for 97.5% asking price. (local average is currently 96%).

This one took strategic negotiations, and a serious amount of work (like coordinating plows just for people to access the property, and so many more) but I handled each obstacle with a solution.

That’s how we closed this deal and I’ve never been more excited to visit an attorneys office knowing how incredibly happy my client is; and feeling so incredibly proud knowing just how much I put into this listing.

People read books because every chapter brings something new. An adventure, a challenge, a lesson, a chance to grow. While this marked the end of a deeply personal chapter for my client, it also opened the door to an entirely new beginning. It was truly a privilege to be part of that moment, and I’ll be on the sidelines cheering for her every step of the way.
