This month’s Valley Board of REALTORS® meeting brought not one, but two pieces of exciting news for our Susitna Valley Realty brokerage. 🎊

📣 Our very own Justin Howington was voted in as the newest Director on the Valley Board of Realtors®. A surprise to him, perhaps, but not to the rest of us. 👏🏼

The Board of Directors guides the local REALTOR® association. It sets priorities and policy, supports professional standards and education, and speaks up on issues that affect property owners across the Mat-Su.

🏡 Justin brings a perspective that doesn't always get a seat at the table: the Upper Valley. Willow, Caswell, Talkeetna, Trapper Creek, and beyond. These communities have their own land, access, and growth questions, and the people who live here deserve a voice in the conversations shaping Valley real estate. We can't think of anyone better to take on this role. Justin will be a voice for his fellow REALTORS®, and he'll keep the buyers and sellers of our communities in mind every time he takes his seat.
