My name is Lizet Esparza and I will be joining Heather Boer with HB Ranch and Home Properties this fall! I am so excited to be transitioning into this new field as an individual raised in Willows and very active in the community. I come from a big family, whose parents have always valued honesty, respect, and hard work! I would like to take the time to reach out to the Spanish-speaking community w

hose language barriers have interfered with allowing them to become homeowners, as fluent Spanish-speaking individual, I can make the process easier. I have had the honor of participating in many organizations, such as St. Monica's YLI #111, Willows Junior Honkers, CFF, CETA, and many more. One thing that has always been important to me, is giving back to the community either by collecting items to make personal hygiene care bags to give out to the homeless, having bake sales to raise funds to award local high school students scholarships, or planning the local Trunk and Treat to provide a safe event for families to participate in.
