Our little PEACE of Lake Tawakoni

Large back yard with seating for 6. Then a covered dock plenty big for all guests. We do ask you clean all fish at the sink provided at the dock. There is not fresh water at the dock but we do have a submergible pump for lake water. Once you get back to the house you can then rinse your "cleaned" fish with fresh water.

Lighted Carport big enough for 2 vehicles. Also has a grill with 3 purposes: grill, smoker and fryer. We do not supply the charcoal, wood or oil. You may leave the grill under cover on rainy day or move it in the yard on a nice day. Also has a table w/ 4 chairs along with other seating available under the carport

Front of house and large front yard. Located at the end of a dead end road so you don't have all the road noise to deal with and has a gated entry.

Good size lighted back porch that is wheelchair accessible. Has cushioned seating and a table for all 6 guests. Also provided on the porch is Off, Citronella Candle, and a few things for the kiddos to play with outdoors. Oh and 1 fishing pole in case you forgot one!
You can find a towel rack and 2 large (fake) fishing hooks for wet towels to dry.

The Laundry Room has a washer and dryer along with iron, ironing board, clothes soap, bleach, dryer sheets, extra hangers, a 4 chamber laundry hamper and a rank to hang clothes on.

Fully equipped Kitchen with seating for all 6 guests. Has everything from pot, pans, griddle, quesadilla maker, crock pot, bowls, plates, glasses, coffee cups, whiskey and wine glasses to much much more. Also has dish washer.
The cabinet by the back door you will find some games for everyone to enjoy. Even some books for the little ones to read!

Living room has a smart TV, WiFi, Dish Network and DVD player. Also has extra blankets to curl up on the couch with and a portable fan.

Additional 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Both rooms have Full size beds with linens and pillows. Closets have hangers provided, and small portable fans in each room.
One room has access door to the bathroom that locks from either side and one room has it's own private porch to go out on with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the outdoors on and a staircase leading to the back yard.
The bathroom has linens for the 4 additional guests including 1 Black make-up rag for the lady.

Master bedroom & Bathroom
Master room has a Queen size bed with linens and pillows. There is a dresser to store your folded clothes and the walk in closet provides hangers, shoe rack and a laundry hamper. There you will find extra blankets and beach towels. Also has a small portable fan.
Master bathroom has a Black Make-up rag for the Ladies along with rags and towels for 2. There will be complimentary items such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in case you forgot those items. There is also a blow dryer, curling iron and a First Aid Kit.
