"The City of Wilmington Raises Rent For All Tenants". This isn't a headline you would expect to read in a newspaper, but this exactly what is happening in our city. Our elected officials are currently considering legislation (sponsored by a majority of council members) that would increase landlord business license fees by 900%. We all know that this increase will cause rents to go even higher at a time when residents have already been stretched to their max.

Mike Purzycki - Mayor of the City of Wilmington and Wilmington City Council we urge you to consider a moderate increase in lieu of what is currently being proposed. Landlords deserve to be treated like other businesses.
