Originally from PA, Philip moved to Delaware in 2019 and has adapted to the area well. He has been a real estate agent since 2021 and specializes in working with first-time home buyers. The home-buying process can be extreme for someone who has never gone through it and Philip prides himself on walking people through the process. He also enjoys working with sellers and investors and strives to be

an investor himself. His goal is to help at least 30 families to buy and sell homes each year. When he is not actively working with clients you can catch him at the gym in the morning, teaching children how to swim at the Brandywine Y in the evenings, or outside with his two Great Danes to explore the area and make new friends.

Over the last few weeks I have started listening to audio books a few hours each night. This week I listed to The Science of Getting Rich, How to Train Your Mind and tonight is Unf*ck Your Brain. I really enjoy books which are written the way a person would casually speak to another, this is why I especially like books by Grant Cardone. While listening to Unf*ck Your Brain I noticed that this author writes just as if she is talking to you as a friend. She is also hilarious and adds little humorous comments and side notes once in awhile. It is slowly becoming one of my favorite books that I have listened to. Although it does talk about depression and anxiety and PTSD and a long list of other issues one might deal with you don’t have to be suffering from something in order to find this book helpful and entertaining. For me, much of what I am learning will be used in my real estate career to better understand why clients think and do what might not make sense to me. So if you have a couple hours to listen to a book check it out. It is definitely going on my list of books to listen to on repeat.

A few weeks ago I redid my five year plan. With help from a college I learned that I was thinking way too small. My current five year plan was originally more like a fifteen year plan. Since then I have listened to multiple books and learned a new way to calculate the income I need in order to achieve my dreams. Today I did that calculation. Well I have to say my 5 year plan now seems completely ridiculous. It is absolutely insane to think that I could achieve all my dreams if I ONLY achieve my five year plan. With that said, my large five year plan is now a three year plan, which was once a fifteen year plan. My new and approved five year plan allows me to do anything I could ever dream of.
