Job Description -
Working for us, you will be responsible for turning over Four 1 bedroom apartments that are used for short term rentals.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Doing laundry, folding, cleaning the entire apartment including making beds, taking off old sheets, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning showers and toilets, cleaning kitchens, doing dishes, cleaning silverware and plates, cups. Restocking supplies, reporting things that are low stock, Also includes taking out trash, occasionally spraying light pesticides around areas and occasionally sweeping leaves on the deck at one apartment. You may also eventually be responsible for communicating with customers through text and answering their questions/concerns. Driving within 5 minutes to and from the apartments.
>All cleaning supplies will be provided
>All cleaners will be put through a 1 week paid training period
Things you will need to perform the job-
- a clean, reliable car which you will use to transport linens, towels, sheets, and cleaning supplies and get to apartments
- a smart phone to communicate with me or customers
- must live within 10 minutes of downtown Wilmington (river walk)
- must be in good physical condition, and complete tasks quickly. This is a very physically demanding job.
- a very open schedule that allows for last minute working schedules
