You take them to a Durham Bulls game on a perfect summer night.

Tuesday evening we celebrated over 100 of our incredible clients at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and what a night it was. Perfect weather, great baseball, and even better company.

This is what real estate is really about. Not the transactions. The relationships. The community we get to build together on both sides of every closing table.

☀️Sunday morning in downtown Cary and this water feature is where you want to be.

With the heat index in what feels like triple digits today this is exactly where I would want to be with my kiddos.

has two water features — the sprayground at Academy Plaza and the splash pad inside The Nest play area,  and both are free and open daily from 9am to 8pm all summer long.

The Nest playground was actually named the #1 Public Playground in America by USA Today and honestly after watching kids lose their minds in that water feature yesterday I completely believe it.

My kids are grown now but watching those babies play yesterday gave me all the feels.

If you’re a family thinking about planting roots somewhere walkable, community-driven, and full of moments like this Cary keeps showing up.
