This 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom home is located near Rocky Fork Lake at 11486 N. Shore Dr. Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. It has a electric baseboard heat. It features 1 larger bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms, a utility room, spacious living room, large driveway, small section of fenced in yard, and a small shed. Washer and dryer hookup is available, but washer/dryer not provided. No furniture or appliance are provided by default. If you need an appliance please ask as we may have something available. We pay for garbage and sewer. The tenant is responsible for all other utilities and yard maintenance. We allow small pets but there is a annual $50 nonrefundable fee per pet. No restrictions for smoking. This is in Hillsboro School District. This is available immediately and will require a minimum 1 year lease. Every person over 18 years of age will be required to fill out an application. Application fees are non refundable but if you are accepted it will be applied toward your security deposit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
If you do not meet ALL of these qualifications your application will be denied.
1. Must earn 3X the monthly rent. ($2100+/month)
2. Have a credit score of 600 or better
3. No prior evictions
4. No violent felony convictions (other felonies will not automatically disqualify you)
5. 1st month and Security Deposit ($1400)
6. Maximum Occupancy of 2 people per Bedroom (6 People total)
7. Must have an email address. You will apply for and if accepted pay rent online.
There will be no exceptions to these qualifications. We are holding an open house August 29th from 10a-1p. Applications will be available then.
