Rachel and Mike are representing our teams at the Tribute Properties Annual Leadership Conference this week! 💙

Each year, we’re proud to kick things off by giving back through a community service project — because leadership starts with service.

Rachel spent the day at Kids Making It, a nonprofit organization that teaches woodworking and life skills to at-risk youth, empowering them with hands-on training, job readiness, and confidence for the future. She helped clean and organize their workshop so they can continue creating opportunities that truly change lives.

Mike volunteered with NourishNC, an organization dedicated to providing food to children in our community who are facing food insecurity. By packing food boxes, he helped ensure local kids have access to nutritious meals outside of school hours.

We’re honored to support organizations that are making a real impact — because at Tribute Properties, we believe in Elevating Community in everything we do.

Meet Korra, our 4-year-old husky mix—also known as Ma’am 👑. Her perfect day starts with snow in the morning, running wild while her mom chases her, followed by a car ride and a cozy nap wrapped in blankets. Korra loves her pumpkin plush, showing off her spin and jumping tricks, and chasing squirrels (at least dreaming about it). Her favorite thing her owner does? Pup cups, of course! And if Korra had it her way, she’d be allowed to sing as loudly as she wants—all the time 🎶🦴 We’re so happy Korra calls Meridian Village home and love having her in our community! 🏡✨
