August, you were a good one.

Last summer days with my kids, a little weekend getaway, morning coffee dates, a few big wins and so many moments I keep replaying.

Hit the Riverfront Splash pad for one last weekend outing with the kids.

Catch a sunset from the Riverwalk before summer officially ends.

Enjoy no crowds and easy parking at the beach this time of year.

Some closings are extra special… and this one will always have a piece of my heart.

I had the absolute honor of helping my best friends sell their first home and purchase their second home but this wasn’t just another real estate transaction. I got to watch them build their dream home from the ground up.

From the very beginning I was there as they picked out their lot, the floor plan, the design choices and all the little details that made this home exactly what they envisioned. I helped guide them through the building process, scheduled their inspections, worked with the builder to make sure their concerns were addressed and helped everything stay on track.

And then...we finally got to closing day. 🥹

Three stories. Room to grow. A huge backyard with a beautiful view. And a community filled with amenities that make every day feel a little bit like vacation.

But what makes this home so special to me isn’t just the house. It’s knowing how excited they are for this next chapter and getting to witness it all from the very beginning.

It’s not every day you get to help your best friends build a home they’ve dreamed about and I’m so incredibly grateful they trusted me to be by their side through every step.

I couldn’t be more excited for them and I cannot wait to see all of the holiday events, birthday parties, DIY projects and memories they make in their brand new home!!

Their Wilmington home needed to sell fast for their next chapter in Bolivia.

My clients were ready for more space, more land, and more time with their grandbabies. When they found their dream property with nearly an acre, everything needed to line up just right to make the move happen smoothly.
