I may have been a little quiet on here the last week, but I’ve been busy in the field helping clients get under contract in this market.
191 Presidential Blvd in Bala Cynwyd is officially under contract for one buyer, and 457 Preakness Run in Newark is under contract for another.
One takeaway from these deals: working with qualified, customer-focused lenders makes the entire process so much smoother for everyone involved.
