What if your Saturday plans included a deck, salty air, and a house that actually feels like home the second you walk in?

📍 214 Fifth Avenue N | Kure Beach
🗓 Saturday | 11:00 – 1:00
💰 $799,900

It’s the kind of home that doesn’t scream for attention - it just quietly delivers. Solid. Thoughtful. Comfortable. The kind of place where life actually happens.

Three bedrooms. 3.5 baths. Just under 2,000 Square feet. Room to host. Room to breathe. And just close enough to the ocean that beach days become routine, not a production.

If you’ve been waiting for something in Kure Beach that feels real... not trendy, not overhyped, tastefully updated... come see it in person.

No pressure. No awkward hovering. Just a genuine walk through and a conversation.

I’ll be there. And I’d love to see you. 🌊🏡

We are heartbroken and praying for our neighboring town of Southport 🙏🏻💔

Our hearts are heavy today. 💔 Southport is such an integral part of our Cape Fear community, and we grieve alongside this resilient town. Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and everyone impacted by this senseless tragedy.
We stand with you, Southport. 🕊️
