Closed sales remained steady at 775, showing a slight increase of 0.13% compared to last year. Pending sales rose to 1,031, up 2.69%, signaling continued buyer activity. New listings came in at 1,369, down 5.33%, while the median sales price increased to $410,000, a 3.80% rise year over year.
With fewer new listings and consistent demand, home values continue to hold strong across the region. It’s a market that still offers opportunity for both buyers and sellers with the right strategy.
