It's been a very busy month here at SME. 🖤🏡

We went pending on Lot 3, Lot 6, Lot 17, Lot 19, and Lot 20. 🔥👷🏼‍♀️🏘

We closed on Lot 17 yesterday and close on one more tomorrow. Our map will be updated to show that shortly. 🖤

A lot of progress being made on our sold lots. Lot 7 is moving along nicely. Lot 11/12 broke ground and has a ton of movement going on. Lot 15 broke ground and their new drive is in. 🖤🏡

Things are beginning to take shape beautifully and we're so excited for the future at SME. 🖤

Y'all! Exactly ONE year and two days after our public announcement, we have our first build breaking ground. 👏🏽🏡💙

How exciting is this? 🙌🏽🥰

A lot of things have happened since we launched Sunset Meadow Estates... deadlines were set and crushed (for the most part.)😬🥰

In August, we received final addresses and Parcel IDs. 💙🏡

Since that date, we have closed on 7 lots and have received an offer on another lot today!👏🏽🙌🏽

Things are moving and shaking here at SME.
