Given the increase in interest rates this year it was no secret that historically slower months for real estate would be exactly that. With that said, the average time to sell a home right now is only 1 day longer as compared to the same time of year in 2022. Homes are still selling fairly quickly there just isn't the same battle between buyers to find a home like it was when interest rates were 3%. There are a few more homes on the market now which gives buyers a chance to keep their options open and browse a little more.
