Are you yet to explore your true strength?

There is a fighting spirit within each one of us. Most people are unaware of this strength until they experience the greatest pain in their lives.

There are times in life when we feel so deeply wounded that it seems that we will never heal from it. The deepest wound we ever experience mostly comes from our relationships. People may leave, betray or deceive. You may feel very lonely at this time and see it as an end to everything. Although giving up may seem the easiest option, choose to fight through.

No matter how weak you may feel, there is always an unbroken strength within you. Once you realise this inner strength, you will refuse to give up not only this time but any other time you experience any pain.

Is your love becoming control?

Being in love is about being a part of each other’s life, an equal part where decisions are made mutually, respectfully and by valuing each other.

There are times when love becomes an obsession and turns into control. One person in the relationship feels superior over another and make every choice or decision for the other person. It makes the other person not only uncomfortable but also takes away their freedom. At that very moment, the meaning of love is lost in that relationship. When love begins to suffocate, it can never be love. Love is about freedom and liberty.

When you are in a relationship, be fair and equal to each other. Involve each other in decision making and respect each other’s choices. The more you respect each other, the stronger you will feel for each other.
