Dear Buyers, stop saying “Realtors don’t answer their phones.” Before you say that, take a minute to understand what we do, and what our business models are. Just because our title is the same, doesn’t make us all, the same. A proper return phone call is within hours, sometimes even 24 hours. We do answer our phones, most times we are on the phone with clients or other things. Or sometimes we are off (Yes, Realtors need days off too.) So, for the quickest response send a txt. Please remember, our schedules aren’t your schedule, so establish an expectation with the agent you chose (Not just whoever answers, but your chosen agent.) In this market buyers aren’t always loyal, and most want a fast food response for something that is impossible, hence why you are shopping agents. The fastest response isn’t always the best one. Please remember, the Great ones are busy right now, so choose wisely.
